Successful Korean BBQ restaurant from Los Angeles opening a new branch in the DFW area.

Experience is NOT required - we are willing to train anyone that have certain characteristics.  Base hourly wages plus bonuses.  Aggressive growth opportunities.

Job Descriptions

Servers:  The main focus of this position is to create a warm and inviting environment for all customers, ensuring they feel welcomed, receive exceptional service, and have a wonderful time with their friends and family.  This front-line role is incredibly important within the company.  You are the friendly face of the organization, and we are here to support you in every way possible to ensure your success in this role.

• Cook (table-side), serve, and attend to customer needs
• Engage with every customer and build rapport
• Hours are primarily late-afternoons and evenings

Kitchen Staff:  Your main responsibility in this role is to oversee the preparation and presentation of all food items to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and taste. You are the driving force behind the culinary creations that keep our customers coming back for more. Your collaboration with the serving staff is crucial to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

• Receive food deliveries, ensure proper storage, cleanliness, preparation, and transform into culinary delights
  
• Hours are generally from early-afternoon to late evening

Cleaning & Maintenance Staff:  Although this role may be more behind-the-scenes, it plays a crucial part in the company's success. By maintaining the premises and ensuring all equipment is in top working condition, you help us present our best selves to our customers.

• Clean/sanitize and maintain the entire premise as well as all equipment and machinery
• This is a graveyard shift (from closing to late-night/early mornings)
